How WooCommerce Quote Pro Works

Plugin ConfigurationThrough the Settings menu, you can:
- Select which products are quotable
- Define which user roles can request a quote
- Adjust other settings, such as hiding products, hiding prices, and setting a validity timeframe
Requesting a Quote
- For quotable products, an Add to Quote button will appear, allowing customers to add items to their quote basket.
- On the Request a Quote page, customers will need to fill out a customizable contact form (set up via the Settings menu) and submit their request.
Managing Quotes
- In the Quotes menu, you’ll have easy access to all customer-submitted quotes. You’ll also receive an email notification when a quote is submitted.
- For each quote, you can view its details, including the requested products and the customer’s contact form data.
- You can adjust prices, remove products, and approve quotes by marking them as Accepted (or place them on hold or reject them).
Payment Process
- Once a quote is approved, the customer will receive an email notification with a link to review and pay for the quote or reject it.
- After payment, the quote is automatically converted into an order.
Customizing the Contact Form
- Customize the contact form from the Admin Contact Form page.
- Available field types include:
  - Text
  - Textarea
  - Date
  - Time
  - Select/Multiselect
  - Country & State
- Each field comes with options for labels, placeholders, width, mandatory settings, and the ability to link fields to an order field.
My Quotes Page
- Customers can view their submitted quotes on the My Account page under the Quotes section.
- They can check the status of each quote, view expiration dates (if applicable), read admin messages, and either pay or reject the quote.
Additional Features
- Expiration and Auto-Approval: Quotes can be set to automatically approve or expire after a specified timeframe.
- WPML Integration: Customize text content based on available languages.
